Bio
Stan Voelkel II, MBA, CPA is a Commercial Real Estate Agent.
He specializes in working with office and industrial users of commercial real estate. Most of his work is representing tenants in lease transactions, acquisition (purchase) and disposition (sell) of commercial space. His clients range from small businesses to large corporations.
